What was the last album you purchased?
The last album I bought was Incendiary’s ‘Cost of Living’. Just some New York Hardcore to to get myself ready for work. Not sure the tube appreciates it on my commute though! Think I put my neck out as well from head banging to it. Risk warnings attached!
If your music could be used in an advert on TV, what would you most like it to be advertising?
I think it should advertise Go Compare, maybe the guy singing could try something new and sing our stuff. At the end of the advert watch the ofcom complaints roll in.
If you were to do a cover of a song, what would it be and why?
I would love to cover Killswitch Engage’s ‘Last Serenade’! The chorus is epic, and was my favourite song growing up! Im not really a fan of pop songs turned into heavy songs, would rather pay tribute to a great heavy song!
Dead or alive, which band would you most like to co-headline with?
I would love to co-headline with the melodic hardcore band ‘It Prevails’. The main man Ian poured his heart and soul into that band, they nearly made it to the UK last year but pulled out last minute. Gutted to say the least. Check them out, great band.
What has been the most memorable moment in your musical career so far?
We have played some great gigs but I have to pay tribute to the first gig I played with band in Tottenham, there were about 3 people in the crowd, this included my housemate. I ended up nervously directing my attention and shouting the lyrics at him, and he was there for support. He hates heavy music. Poor guy.
If you had the opportunity to change something about the music industry, what would it be?
I would take music back from social media. I appreciate that it allows people to discover different music. But it is also stopping people from heading out to shows. They just watch these bands online while venues are closing left, right and centre. Also it gives exposure to people who really aren’t working that hard. Little bee on my shoulder but heavy autochoooon and four chords has been done to death.
