Just 5 weeks to go and yet again SOS Festival “Summer Horror” serves up more brilliant additions to the line-up:
SPIRES have graced the stage at SOS Festival in earlier years. The Manchester-based prog metallers released a debut album in 2010, followed up with an acoustic album, and are currently recording a 2nd full electric album. In 2014 long-standing guitarist Paul Cuthbert left to focus on family-life and was replaced by Richard Corrie. The band has elected to play their comeback show at SOS Festival on the Dean Hocking Stage on Saturday.

BLACKBALLED formed in 2012 in North East Manchester and are fronted by NEW MODEL ARMY guitarist Marshall Gill. His brother, Leon, plays drums for the band. Tom Wibberley joined on bass and BLACKBALLED set about establishing their own brand of groove-based rock. They will play the Dean Hocking Stage on Sunday.

TWELVE GAUGE formed in summer of 2012 in the North West of England, playing songs with mesmerising hooks and outstanding melodies. They’ve supported Orange Goblin, Bam Margera and Toseland so far in their career. They will be presenting their hard rock sound on the Dean Hocking Stage on Sunday at SOS Festival.
